So, restaurants, bars and casinos are having a hard time under the Stage 4 Covid Regulations. Friends B&G refuse to let the third wave get us down. We're solely focusing on the silver lining (with a little help from our awesome supporters.)
Finally there's time to finish that book you started reading two years ago.. (yes Karen, looking at you), or put up the framed family photos stashed under your bed.. Or just take a long, hot bath with smooth blues in the background and a glass of bubbly in hand. (Unless you got caught off guard and didn't buy booze before THE SPEECH).
However you plan to keep busy, make it worthwhile during the next two weeks. It's not every day that a mandatory holiday falls into one's lap. And yes, I know some of you are still working nine to five. Don't worry, your vacation will be unlocked in Stage 5. As for the 'Friends family', we will make the most of this opportunity to paint, clean and renovate the amenities.
